
Jersey Professional Management was created to fill a need that has developed in recent years in more and more municipalities. Municipal officials are aware of the ever increasing demands being placed on local government by State and Federal agencies, as well as citizens' demands for more services with less tax dollars. Because of time constraints on Mayors and Council Members whose volunteer time is less available and more valuable, it becomes necessary for Municipalities to engage a professional management company in special situations.
Balancing effective citizens' services, while cutting costs for the taxpayer, is a priority of Jersey Professional Management. Most of our Associates are active, semi-retired Professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in NJ Municipal Government. They are available for temporary assignments as Department Head, Manager, Administrator, Clerk, CFO and/or Management Consultants. We are completely non-partisan professionals; we have never made, and will never make any political contributions. We have assisted over 300 Municipalities, 50+ School Boards and many County Governments since 1988 as Management Consultants, Recruiters, Temporary Employees and Shared Services Specialists.
