Study and Evaluation Analysis  
(Report on  your current status)

The first step in the process is the Study and Evaluation Analysis of your municipality’s open space and land acquisition program.

• Conduct on-site fact-finding sessions to analyze your town’s historical land preservation activities, Green Acres status, existing preservation codes/ordinance, receive input from your town regarding land development applications, and other relevant municipal finance information   
  
  

• Engage in ongoing dialogue with municipal officials and staff, analyze and validate information gathered, acquire key information, test conceptual approaches and determine availability of funding.     
  
  

• Submit a comprehensive report which includes an action plan for the development of you town’s Financial and Strategic Plan.

 Our fee for this task is an appropriate charge to Open Space Trust Funds.
