Land Preservation and Open Space Assessment and Status Proposal

This proposal outlines the scope of services to be included in your Land Preservation and Open Space Assessment and Status Report. This report’s findings and recommendations would form the basis for the scope of work associated with the development of a Financial and Strategic Plan for Open Space Preservation and Land Acquisition.

Land Preservation and Open Space Assessment and Status Report
Scope of Services

We will:

  1. Conduct two (2) half-day onsite fact-finding sessions.

  2. Analyze your town’s historical land preservation activities, Green Acres status, existing land preservation codes/ordinances, receive input from YOURTOWN officials/staff, pending/anticipated land development applications, and gather relevant municipal financial information.

  3. Engage in ongoing dialogue with YOURTOWN officials/staff, analyze and validate information gathered, acquire key additional information, test conceptual approaches and determine availability of funding.

  4. Submit a comprehensive report which includes an Action Plan for the development of your town’s Financial and Strategic Plan.

  5. This proposal’s fee is $3,750, and is deliverable one month (1) after YOURTOWN’s notice to proceed, assuming availability of your town’s officials.

Jersey Professional Management stands ready to assist your town in addressing its Land Preservation goals, and believes that the proposed Land Preservation and Open Space Assessment and Status Report provides a professional, efficient, and cost-effective foundation for the accomplishment of these goals.
